About Nancy

Nancy Bembridge has been working in the legal accounting industry since 1980. Steadfast started in 1996 with Nancy working on-site in Atlantic Canada for her clients.  More recently she has started providing remote support to clients across Canada, the USA and Bermuda.  Nancy strives to familiarize herself with her client’s specific accounting needs.  She specializes in accounting conversions, which is the moving of financial data from one system to another.  Every customized system is streamlined to create the most efficient and effective accounting process for each client’s unique needs.  These services are of most value for firms up to 10 lawyers.

Nancy takes pride in designing a customized accounting system to meet her clients’ needs.  It’s not just her knowledgeable and thought-provoking advice that impress her clientele, but her quiet grace.  Nancy brings calm into the midst of the chaotic challenges created by change.  While change can be difficult, with Nancy’s help, it is not impossible.  When working with Nancy, clients intuitively know “everything is going to be ok”…. they also appreciate Nancy’s ability to assess their staff needs and adjust her style of training accordingly.
